Refund Policy

We are committed to provide the best possible services to our customers. Apart from quality of the work, we value time, so we also ensure that you get your orders in a certain period of time. We are happy to help you regarding your feedback and concerns about services purchased from us. Therefore we have a “refund policy”. In case if you are not happy with our services or have any concerns then use our contact form.

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished or the product/service is sent or in processing. Also all personalized services and products are non refundable. Orders placed with us will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item or service at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons: non-delivery of the product: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery can be submitted to our support department after a 15 business days period that exceeds the specified delivery date for all standart packages/services, for premium and vip packages/services 25 respectively 35 business days apply. You will receive a refund credit to your wallet account if the order is non deliverable.

Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase/delivery. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customers false expectations or wishes are not honored. Our support team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner. Thank you for purchasing from us.

Misplaced orders, orders to private account, forgetting to include your username or spelling usernames incorrectly will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Do not use more than one service at the same time for the same account or post, or exceed limits or maximum orders, as it may result in failure to process and deliver your orders. We reserve the right to not refund these orders under any circumstances in the event that you decide to do so.

Wallet Top-Up

You cannot cancel a wallet top-up.  Funds added to the wallet are non-refundable. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from our website.

Services subscription refund policy

No refunds will be provided for any purchase of a Service/Membership subscription, nor will we provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or year subscription periods.
